Angie Nordstrum is a Colorado-based artist known for vibrant floral, wildlife and landscape paintings that celebrate color, movement, and a sense of place. Working across canvas, murals, and painted windows, her work blends a bold, graphic sensibility with expressive brushwork, resulting in imagery that feels both joyful and grounded in nature. Angie draws inspiration from Colorado’s landscapes, the way light reflects and shifts across natural surfaces, and from animals that inhabit these spaces, weaving their energy and symbolism into her work.
With a background in graphic design and over two decades of creative experience, she brings a strong sense of composition and storytelling to both her fine art and public art projects. In addition to her studio practice, Angie teaches workshops and creates community-based art experiences throughout the Front Range.
Angie studied at the London College of Fashion before graduating with a degree in Apparel Design from Iowa State University.
