Designer and artist Ala Park was born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, an Eastern European country sandwiched between Romania and Ukraine. She now resides in the mountain of Boulder, where she creates fish bone art — a new art form she developed on her own in 1994 while living in her native country. Her fish bone art shows in galleries across the country and juried exhibitions.
