Connie Slack Artist

I have been an artist all my life.  My studio until May 2016 was in the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria VA.  I  recently moved to Boulder to fulfill a lifelong wish to live in the west.

My paintings are largely abstract inspired by all that I see and experience.  Bold rhythmic strokes of paint on canvas or paper define my work.  I often paint to music creating rich layers of color upon color, reflecting the rhythm, tempo and texture of the musical composition.
