We’re proud to present a new solo exhibition by Jesse Ryan Crosby—a multidisciplinary artist, poet, and musician whose work explores identity, memory, grief, and healing through photography, printmaking, writing, and video.
With a BFA in Photography (magna cum laude) and a growing list of exhibitions and publications across the U.S. and abroad, Jesse’s voice is as tender as it is powerful. Their fall 2023 show Unlocking Hope marked a new chapter in an evolving creative practice that is intimate, immersive, and deeply human.

Jesse is a visual artist, poet, and musician currently residing in the Midwest. They attended Maryland Institute College of Art and Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design for undergraduate studies, graduating magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. Their creative practice spans multiple mediums, currently rooted in photographic media, printmaking, writing, and video. Resting between intersections of grief and personal healing, their work explores deep-seated themes of identity, memory, moment, and belonging.
Jesse’s work has been showcased in online and physical exhibitions and art venues across the United States of America, such as with Lenscratch, the Colorado Photographic Arts Center, and Denver’s RiNo Art District, including many others. Crosby’s work has been published domestically and internationally, with VoyageDenver, FLOAT Photo Magazine, Fifth Wheel Press, Glasgow, UK’s, The Alchemy Experiment’s “It’ll Be Alright,” among several others. Their solo show Unlocking Hope, debuted fall 2023, with their self-published artist book currently underway.
Jesse is presently involved with the local art scene in Denver and Boulder, and you can routinely find them at curated art markets and events. In addition to their online shop, their work is available for purchase at Bliss on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado.
