Thanya Carving

My name is Thanyapatt Nirawatthitikorn, a Thai fruit and vegetable carving artist based in Boulder, Colorado. I blend traditional Thai craftsmanship with cultural expression through edible art. My goal is to preserve this rare art form and share its beauty in a modern, accessible way that inspires both Eastern and Western audiences.

With over 20 years of experience in culinary arts and Thai fruit carving, I have presented my work at private events, luxury venues, and cultural showcases in both Thailand and the U.S. My expertise spans from buffet displays and floral carving to hands-on workshops and live carving demonstrations.

This portfolio features traditional Thai fruit and vegetable carvings, including floral designs from watermelon, papaya, radish, and pumpkin. Each piece highlights precision, balance, and natural beauty. The works have been featured in weddings, art events, and live demos in both Thailand and the United States.
