Artist Hosted Gallery Hours – Lakin Fain

Budding artist, Lakin Fain will host open gallery hours at the NoBo Art Center on Friday June 28th.
Lakin is an oil painter who is currently based on Boulder, CO. She finds joy in painting the color and light within the human face. Some of her most recent works play on how traditional aesthetics can be paired with more eccentric contemporary ideas.
Regarding Lakin’s current pieces in the gallery, she specializes in portrait work, specifically painting the light and coloration of the human face from atypical perspectives.
