Art knows no bounds at the NoBo Art District’s Artist Member Show that features over 65 visual artists, a community art project, music and dance performances, an artist talk, and demos throughout the month of April. The show is unique in the way it brings artists together who specialize in many different mediums – in one creative collaboration. It is a celebration of individual expression, community connection and sharing.

Mary Wohl Haan |HAAN Dances presents “4 x 4 Squared: Bite-size Dances” for Boulder Arts Week! The 1pm performance on Saturday, April 15th takes place in the NoBo Gallery @ the Bus Stop Apartments and features a number of dance genres including Flamenco, Hawaiian, Middle Eastern Tribal, and various Contemporary artists, with solos, duets and small group pieces all utilizing a 4′ x 4′ x 16″ platform. The 40 minute showcase is free and open to the public This program is funded in part by a grant from the Boulder Arts Commission, an agency of the Boulder City Council.
Julie Ireland Bio
Julie Ireland is an active community member and textile artist with a background in event management, program and partnership development, and community outreach. Her story tells of creativity and service to a broad range of people in municipal, education, business, and non-profit organizations. Julie joined NoBo Art District in 2020. She manages the Curate Art + Place program that places NoBo member artists’ artwork in NoBo business member spaces, and she organizes and curates the annual NoBo Member Group Show.
